• A high-strength welded steel structure is adopted to eliminate the internal stress

of the machine bed after integral heat treatment. The machine bed adopts the inner cavity structure with anti-distortion and anti-vibration functions.

• The high hardness guide rail with integral hardening treatment and high precision grinding, together with grinding ball screw and gear rack, ensures the ultra-high geometric accuracy of the machine tool, with very good rigidity and very low friction power consumption.

• The left and right walking speed is controlled by servo or frequency conversion to ensure the grinding speed of the workpiece with different materials and hardness to ensure the grinding quality of the blade.

• The special electromagnetic sucker for copper coil has the advantages of uniform suction, delay demagnetization function, reliable positioning,

convenient operation, and high efficiency(fixed worktable and rotary worktable).

• All series of standard special grinding head motors have adjustable axial clearance, smooth transmission, large grinding amount, long service life, and high precision.

• The automatic lubrication pump controlled by a microcomputer can lubricate the key parts such as linear guide rail and ballscrew at a fixed point, time, and quantity to ensure the service life of the machine tool.

• Automatic cleaning and slag collecting devices are equipped in the whole series to improve the internal cleaning of the equipment, collect the waste slag, and purify the cooling water.
